Login and another change of a background

Hi! Since last note, I’ve been thinking a lot about the background. A few people let me know that I should look for something more suitable. So I’ve started to look for something in Materialize style. Moreover, I’ve started working with an authentication system.

Recently I’ve added a very nice image on a background. Thanks to several readers I’ve found that there is something weird in this picture. So I’ve been looking for a more modern and drawing stuff. After a small talk with my friends, it turned out that I made a mistake – the color of the navbar should be ‘cyan’ and I added ‘indigo’… That’s how it works when you left a real man with a color palette. But I couldn’t surrender and after a while, I can proudly present you the official background of our app! 🙂

Sweet! It’s better, isn’t it? 🙂 So the background is ready and I started with a login system.

Django has a really nice and helpful built-in authentication system. It’s a perfect solution for my project and I’ve used it. Except that I’ve created a template to help users in easy logging. That’s how it looks like.

I do my best to make my app clear and intuitive. There’s a very helpful site, where I’ve found some tips and info about authentication system – simpleisbetterthancomplex.com. Check it out 😉 Now, let’s see our page on smaller resolutions.

Fully responsive! Great! The last step is to check what happens if the user provides incorrect login or password.

Yay! Everything works fine. We can handle errors during authentication- this is a huge step for us 😉

That’s all for today.  In the next post, I’ll be writing some info about registration and database. If you have some questions or ideas – let me know!
